Meet Dr. Marie-France Roux
As a general dentist certified in the Bioclear Method, I strive to offer conservative dental care rooted in the latest bio-engineering concepts and to serve patients with beautiful, long lasting restorations. My goal is to provide the gentle, loving care you deserve and nurture your body into health through a preventative dental approach.
“What is Bioclear?”
Bioclear is a conservative way of restoring teeth. It also refers to an exclusive set of tooth-shaped molds, which are fitted around teeth, followed by a process called injection-molding—a tooth-coloured resin is heated and molded into shape, in-and-around the tooth, for a superior grade and finish.
Is Bioclear right for me?
Bioclear is good for everyone. Children and adults alike. Whether it be for a cosmetic procedure, like closing gaps between teeth, or bracing and healing a cracked tooth, the Bioclear Method is so versatile and often serves as an excellent conservative option for dental care.
What are the advantages of Bioclear?
IT’S TIME TO DISCOVER HOW THE BIOCLEAR METHOD CAN REJUVENATE YOUR SMILE AND HELP YOUR DENTAL HEALTH THRIVE.
BIOCLEAR IS THE ONLY WAY to create strong, monolithic direct composite restorations that are 8X more resistant to fracture than regular white fillings... which means the work done in your mouth feels stronger and will last longer than average.
How much does Bioclear cost?
The cost of Bioclear depends on the treatment desired. Cosmetic work done with the Bioclear Method may turn the procedure more affordable than traditional porcelain. Likewise, the bracing and treating of broken, cracked or diseased teeth is not only more conservative than crowns, but less costly.
Bioclear VENEERS
What are Bioclear veneers & are they right for me?
Bioclear veneers are ideal when there exists gaps between teeth. Using tooth-form molds the undersized teeth are wrapped 360 into composite resin and shaped into beautiful, strong veneers which won’t ever unglue or fall out!
How long will Bioclear veneers last?
Bioclear veneers have a decade-long track record of success. Because no-to-very-little tooth structure is removed to prepare the teeth for Bioclear veneers, this options proves to be the most conservative one, with a dependable outcome. As in all things, sucess also depends on regular doctor checks!
Can I whiten my Bioclear veneers?
Bioclear veneers cannot be whitened once in place. This is important to establish the final shade desired prior to starting the case. To discuss whitening options before getting your Bioclear veneer helps establish a lighter base colour. Limiting tea, coffee, and red wine intake upkeeps your veneers!
BIOCLEAR & BLACK TRIANGLES
How can I close the gaps between my teeth?
Bioclear is an excellent treatment option for closing the gaps between your teeth. Whether due to loss of gums between teeth or as a consequence of an orthodontic treatment, Black Triangles form a dark gap at the gumline and tend to accumulate food and tartar. Not only are they hard to clean, but they also give the impression your teeth are older than you are!
BIOCLEAR ALTERNATIVE TO CROWNS
Bioclear OVERLAYS are alternative to crowns in some clinical cases. Using tooth-form molds shaped like teeth, the Bioclear Method allows the dentist to injection-mold warm composite resin in-and-around the tooth. This results in bracing and strengthening the tooth by relying on bio-mechanical concepts of compression. No need to excessively shave down the tooth. In other words, it sets a sore, aching tooth in a cast and protects it all around. Which means, less chances of needing a root canal!

FAQs
Can I drink coffee with my Bioclear veneers?
While coffee, red wine, and tea are all known to leave stains on natural teeth, Bioclear restorations are no different. Drinking those beverages with a straw and avoiding to sip on them for more than 15 mins drastically limit the possibility for staining. Regular dental cleanings also help in maintaining your Bioclear restorations in the best shape possible with complementary Rock Star Polishings.
Does Bioclear cover the whole tooth?
Bioclear is about additive dentistry. In other words, the process by which we rejuvenate and restore your teeth is based on adding volume to your teeth. This can result in partial or full coverage of your tooth. Doing so places your tooth in compression, which strengths it over time
